About us: This is our newest Airbnb, but we are not new to Airbnb. We have over 700 reviews with a 4.96 rating overall. We are a small family run business and this is our 4th listing. We pride ourselves on providing excellent hospitality, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you need something! About the home: You will have access to this entire home located near the Zoo and Forest Park, walkable to Dogtown restaurants and central to most all of Saint Louis' attractions. It is located in a very low key and low traffic neighborhood. You can park in the one car garage where there is only 1 step before entering the master bedroom with walk in shower. Or you can park in the driveway (though that can be a little tight with the retaining walls) or there is plenty of street parking. When entering from the front of the home, you will walk up a short flight of stairs to enter the main floor where you will find the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, full bath with tub and access to the back patio. The main floor includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom with tub. The bedrooms are both queen beds with twin trundles underneath, 43 in Smart TVs, dressers, night stands with outlets for phones, etc. The full kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, full fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, espresso machine, drip coffee machine, silverware, stainless steel pots and pans, cooking utensils, child wear (plates, bowels, forks, spoons, cups, & cups with lids and straws) crock pot, glass wear, wine glasses, plates, bowls, strainer, steamer, baking pans (bread, cake, cookie, muffin, and pizza). Dishwasher detergent, espresso, coffee, tea, and spices are included. The living room includes a large sectional, electric fireplace, 65 in TV with bluetooth enabled sound bar, children books, and chalkboard wall. All 4 smart TV's throughout the home are logged into Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ for your convenience. Feel free to log into any of your own accounts on the many applications. The dining room (located in the same space as the living room) includes a dining table with seating for up to 8. Then there is the star of the show, the fenced in backyard. Your pets can access it through the included doggie door and you can walk out onto the brand new cedar deck. Head out to the yard to find a massive playground with bouncy rubber mulch, a large sand pit, a tree swing, oversized Connect 4 and, of course, an all season corn hole set. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, 50 in. Smart TV, twin trundle bed, black out curtains, armoire, dresser, attached full bathroom with walk-in shower, ceiling fan, L-shaped standing desk with multiple power options and one side table with lamp and outlets for phones, etc. Downstairs you will find a small laundry room with large washer and dryer and a closet holding the strollers and pack and play. Downstairs you can also access the garage. If you pull the car out of the garage, the family can unfold the ping pong and/or foosball tables to turn the garage into a mini game room.
